Can I put the urn on the shelf at home?
Of course. You can store our urns anywhere where they don't come into contact with water. Even if they do, they will dry without any problems. But as soon as they are buried in the ground, they slowly and completely dissolve in the soil thanks to the moisture. 🌱
Do I need a reason for a return?
No. We will do everything we can to ensure that your urn meets your expectations. However, if this is not the case, you can return the urn to us within 30 days without giving any reason. The best way to do this is to simply write to hi@connected2nature.de. Of course, we are always happy to receive feedback.
Can I bring my own urn to the undertaker?
Absolutely. You can easily tell your undertaker or crematorium that you are bringing your own urn and order our urn yourself if it is not available locally.
We are always trying to win over more undertakers as partners. If we are not yet represented at your undertaker or crematorium, please write to us so that we can reach more and more mourners with our urns. 🐾🤍

Absolutely. If you want a very special, individual design for your urn, just let us know and we will make it possible.
